Delivery & Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy strives to provide you a comfortable and satisfactory experience. Due to which we offer free shipping all over the world on all orders, with no special exceptions.

The shipping charges may vary depending on your country and area of residence. We understand the urgency of receiving a parcel and hence we attempt to dispatch and ship your items in the minimum amount of time.

At Leathersinn we offer both, regular and custom orders. All our regular orders are usually shipped within 10 business days. However, due to unavoidable circumstances, your order may be shipped to you within 20 business days as well.

The process for custom orders usually takes longer because of their personalized nature. Still, to minimize delay, we try to dispatch and ship the orders between 8 – 12 weeks.

We prefer to deliver your orders through premium courier services; therefore. our shipments are made through Express Deliveries including TCS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc.

Once your item(s) is dispatched, shipping usually takes 5-7 business days for items to be delivered to you. We select the courier service to make sure your product reaches you in an efficient and trouble-free manner.

All our orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. The buyer is liable to pay for these charges. Kindly contact your country’s customs office to get an estimate of these charges before purchasing from LeathersInn.

To ensure your safety, we do not deliver to APO, FPO or PO box addresses. Furthermore, the receiver is required to sign a received upon delivery.

After shipping the order, you will be provided with a tracking number. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep in touch with the courier company. In case there is a delay in delivery or the courier service tries to deliver the parcel when the customer is not available, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the courier service’s Customer Support helpline.

If the courier company incurs multiple failed deliveries, they may destroy the item(s) or charge additionally. In such cases, LeathersInn is not responsible.

If you have ordered multiple items or made multiple transactions, we try to ship them in a single parcel. However, we recommend you follow up with the courier service once we provide the tracking number.

After dispatching an order, we cannot make changes to the delivery address. To do so, the customer will have to contact the respected courier service and follow their guidelines or instructions.

Once the payment is received, the customer will be notified via email.
