GENERAL ORDERS

At LeathersInn, our top priority is customer satisfaction and quality. To ensure that, we have reserved a 30-day timeline for refunds and returns. You can return or refund all our regular items within 30 days of delivery.

After receiving your return, we will inspect it and validate the reason, after which your exchange order will be dispatched between the next 15 business days. In case of a refund, you will be credited the amount within 7 business days. Once you have been refunded you will receive an email confirmation and the refund is expected to be processed within 10 – 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

The customer qualifies for an exchange/return under the following circumstances:

  • The product is different from the picture (provided by us before dispatching)
  • The wrong product is delivered to the customer
  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • The product size differs from the size you selected while placing the order.

Items that are personalized or customized may not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances. Such items can only be returned for alterations.

Furthermore, the customer will have to bear the cost of shipping the product back to us. We have provided instructions on how to safely return a product back to us, for further instructions please visit our Return Instruction page.

Return and Alterations

LeathersInn is devoted to offering you exactly what you order. In doing so, we take all necessary measures to make sure you receive the exact design, material, style, and fit your request. In case you are not satisfied with the fit of your item, we offer the first alteration free of cost. However, the customer has to pay for shipping the item(s) back to us.

Why Do Custom Orders Rarely Go Wrong?

Since the order is customized, everything from design and accessories to style and fit is incorporated according to your preferences. We’re sure to perform our due diligence before dispatching your product to you. Still, the request for return may occur due to a number of reasons.

Design & Quality

Based on your reference images and instructions, we design and prepare your product. Once it is complete, we share actual pictures of the item so that you can examine it for design, material, color, and stitching before you give us the go-ahead to dispatch it. Hence, this reason is practically unfeasible.

Sizing

When you place an order, our Customer Care agent guides you towards our sizing guide. In case there is any confusion, the agent will advise you on how to correctly take your body measurements. These measurements are then used to size your item. If you have correctly taken your measurements, there is a small chance of error.

Nevertheless, if your item isn’t a correct fit, we make the first alteration free of cost. Please keep in mind that the customer has to bear the expense of shipping the product back to us. To get in touch with our Customer Care team, you can write an email to [email protected]

Refund

LeathersInn does not offer refunds for customized or personalized items. This is because all aspects including style, fabric, stitching, and size are custom-made for you and it is unlikely that we will be able to sell it to someone else.

Terms & Conditions for Return/Exchange

In case of Return/Exchange, the item must be returned in original packaging with original tags attached. We offer a 30-day return/exchange guarantee. However, LeathersInn is not liable for shipping costs, customers have to bear the necessary charges on their own.

No return/exchange request will be considered for customers ordering two or more than two products at the same time. This is to restrict the practice of purchasing an item at a resale value and then returning the product in case there is no sale. This is also to discourage ordering more than one product for trial purposes and selecting one.

If the return/exchange is claimed after 30 days, or the item is worn, damaged, isn’t in its original packaging or doesn’t have tags attached, LeathersInn cannot accept the items and cannot issue a refund.

Product returns will only be accepted if the original tags have not been removed.

Unworn return items that have a missing hangtag may be considered for a 50% refund after careful inspection. Please contact us prior to returning/exchanging an item. We will provide a return approval to let you know that your return/exchange is accepted.
