Once you decide to return an item, you need to contact our Customer Support agent at [email protected] with screenshots of your order details, including the size you selected vs the size you received. Our CS agent will verify the need for return and instruct you on how to proceed further.
To avoid damages, we have detailed a list of instructions for you to follow. Please keep in mind that all return requests will only be entertained within 30 days of delivery.
Pack the product(s) safely in the original packaging
All items must be returned in the condition you received them. If the item was damaged on arrival, please contact our customer support team.

Please pack your order slip along with the item(s).
The Package needs to be shipped pre-paid through a traceable method like DHL, FedEx, USPS or any Insured Parcel Post.
Customers have to bear the expense of shipping items back to us. Any shipping and handling costs that you pay are non-refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries.
Please provide the correct Tracking number when emailing the Return details to make sure your return is successfully processed.
Regular items can be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit. However, personalized and custom-made items can only be returned for alterations.
Once we have received your returned package, the item(s) will be inspected. In case of a refund, you will be credited the amount within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation and the refund is expected to be processed within 10 – 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
